How to make it

    Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, heavy cream and egg white to a shaker without ice and dry-shake hard for 10–15 seconds to whip up the egg white.

    Add ice and shake again for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is frosted and cold.

    Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

    Top with the soda water.

    Garnish with a few drops of orange flower water.
