How to make it

    Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white to a shaker without ice and dry-shake hard for 10–15 seconds to whip up the egg white.

    Add ice and shake again for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is frosted and cold.

    Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.

    Garnish with three fresh raspberries on a pick.
